See MD: See the MD or specifically the Dermatologist. May be stubborn infection, ingrown hair, or something worse. Think about all the bacteria in the nose and the nice hole you have supplied for them to get into the skin. See your MD/Dermatologist for exam and Tx. It has been too long already. Good Luck.
