Sciatica: Possibly irritation of the sciatic nerve. Rest and warm soaks might ameliorate. Sciatica is usually self-limiting. If it continues see an Osteopath to find out why the nerve is being irritated? In your age group muscle spasm becomes suspect. If you have been an extreme sports enthusiast and had repetative buttock falls, a pelvic girdle injury might be involved.

Pain back: the back pain can have several reasons. common ones will include Lumbar sprain, sciatica ( pressure on sciatic nerve), hamstring sprain. You may benefit for seeing a physiotherapist for the back problems as starters. if you get numbness or weakness in legs you will need MRI of the back and have to see a orthopaedic specialist
