Sciatica: 30's female with unilateral sciatica needs evaluation for cause of this neuralgia. Neural impingement might be occurring at lumbar foramena, sacroiliac joint or pyriformis muscle. An Osteopath would be a good specialist to evaluate. See comments below. There also needs to be evaluation for Joint Hypermobility Syndrome, which can potentiate evolution of sciatica.
