Hard to say: Your question does not detail what the problem is or if you actually saw a doctor before starting the ZPAC. Most febrile illnesses in kids are viral and antibiotic don't help.If the antibiotic is appropriate for the diagnosis, some work faster than others. The wrong one would not help.Some kids have a viral infection along with a bacterial infection and response varies. Your doc can sort thiss out
