I'm leaving for college tomorrow and have had swimmers ear before and it feels like i have swimmers ear again right now... i put in drops last night but i'm wondering if it's safe to fly with swimmers ear?

Swimmer's ear: is a result of inflammation of the outer ear canal up to the ear drum. Flying affects the air pressure in the middle ear behind the ear drum. You should be OK but may still experience the usual discomfort with air pressure changes. Continue to medicate the outer ear canal until symptoms abate.
