Treated Topically: Itchy areas of skin can usually be treated effectively with a OTC cortisone cream or ointment. See a doc: to determine what it is….could be fungus, could be stasis dermatitis, lichen simplex chronic us or something else. If the doc is unsure they could always biopsy it.
