So the roof of my mouth was itching, like the one you can momentarily alleviate with your tongue. then it spread to my ears and lips and soon that whole area. it isnt constant, only a few times a day that last like 10 mins then i forget ab it. help?

A possible allergic reaction is one cause. Please see your PCP. An over the counter antihistamine may help. Note any possible food triggers occuring four hours or less prior to the itching.
