Your Dr can culture: Bumps with fluid can contain viruses, bacteria, fungi (very unlikely in this location), or no infection at all (ie, contact dermatitis; eczema). What you describe, if blister-like, sounds like Herpes virus. If they are like little volcanos in the skin, they may be molluscum contagiosum. Bacterial infection fluid tends to be pus-like. Photo or better yet see Dr who can culture them to know for sure
