Very Common: Irregular bleeding like this is a known side effect of the Nexplanon device. Some women never experience bleeding while others either bleed the entire time or have intermittent bleeding such as the kind you are experiencing. If it becomes too bothersome, there are ways to help and you will need to see your gyno for this.
