I am on nexplanon and have had my cycle for 2 months now. is there a way or prescription to stop the bleeding completely?

Pills might help: Unfortunately, irregularly irregular bleeding is the most common side-effect of Nexplanon. You may stop bleeding completely for awhile and then start again but the irregularly (as in unpredictable) irregular bleeding is not uncommon. Birth control pills might help but you do have to remember to take them at the same time every day. Hope this helps

Yes: The are some medications that can help the bleeding stop or stabilize. Sometimes some extra provera (medroxyprogesterone) temporarily will help. You should follow up with the doctor the placed the nexplanon to discuss your treatment options.
