I'm in pain all the time. i tend to take a lot of ibuprofen to deal with it but i feel that i'm going to end up killing a kidney or something?

Pain: Sounds like you are suffering from some kind of chronic pain disorder or Fibromyalgia syndrome. You are right too much NSAID use can't be good for your kidneys and stomach ( gastritis). I suggest you see your primary MD. There are pain management options other than Ibuprofens etc. One of them includes Antidepressants and/or steroids depending upon etiology of pain.
