Poss, but unlikely: The symptoms you describe are of a classic migraine with a "status migrainous". This is usually not dangerous but needs to be evaluated and treated and may be very treatable. This could also be a sinus infection. Lastly, there are some rare problems that can cause these symptoms, like pituitary problems. No matter what it needs to be checked out and the right treatment started.
