Can i use nail polish on my face for a football game so it won't run.

I wouldn't: Not a bad thought, but I would recommend against it. Nail polish hardens and gives you a surface that's impenetrable to air or water. You'd almost certainly end up with a very uncomfortable rash on any skin surface. The face is one of the more sensitive areas of skin as well.
