Migraines: Decrease caffeine,get plenty of sleep,avoid alcohol and smoking,keep a headache diary and try to learn what triggers this.Over the counter can try melatonin 3mg at night or riboflavin 400 mg a day and may decrease the headaches over a months time.Ibuprofen with food when have the headaches.Also follow up with your doctor.
