On warfarin, what are suitable cold/flue medication that i can take? thanks

Over the counter,: avoid medications with aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (ibuprofen, naproxen). You should be able to use acetaminophen. Many flu/cold drugs contain antihistamines and/or decongestants, which are probably okay.
