High prolactin : There is a lot missing in your prentation. Prolactin is produced by the pituitary gland at the base of your brain and has wide ranging effects. If your doc feels uncomfortable doing a work up on you you should find a gynecological endocrinologist pronto. You need a complete work up and soon. Good look and don't delay!
