Drug Abuse, insomnia: Of course you deserve good night rest. Advil pm has Benadryl (diphenhydramine) in it which is not a medication for sleep. I commend you for not using Adderall and Ecstasy for 3 weeks. See a Psychiatrist for diagnosis of drug use, anxiety, depression; Therapy, medication. Use Music, Breathing Relaxation; Visual Imagery, Meditation, and Exercise. Attend N.A. meetings for continued abstinence from drugs and support.

Yes: There is no interaction of Advil (ibuprofen) pm with medicine and drugs that you took three weeks ago. But perhaps adderall needs modification, in keeping you awake. Your prescriber is the one to talk to.
