Part of it: Most likely you are on the mend now....You had a sore throat &had a temperature....Seems to be behind you now. Accompaning these probable viruses come some mouth ulcers as well. The tongue will get better also, & if not better in 7-10 days check in with your doctor or the dentist, ... But sounds like you are moving in the right direction.
