I was slacking on brushing my teeth awhile now that i brush more my gums tend to feel like their on fire, only my gums ontop tho how can i stop it ?

Determine the cause: If you haven't been to the dentist for more than six months, then you may have calculus buildup. No amount of brushing will remove the calculus... it needs to be removed with professional dental instruments. See your local dentist for a consultation.
