See a dentist ASAP: Bleeding and stinging gums can be a sign that you are at risk for, or already have, advanced gum disease. Untreated gingivitis or tooth infection can lead to the tooth loss and other health problems. See your dentist ASAP because the sooner you treat it the better the outcome.

SEE A DENTIST: Sounds like you have a gum problem. Bleeding and brown gunk coming from anywhere in your body does not sound good.

Contact DDS: See your dentist to make sure that you do not have a periodontal or endodontic abscess.

Probably: Probably infected gums. See your Dentist or a Periodontist, a gum specialist, as soon as you can. Will not self-heal.
