GI dysmotility?: Doubt Botox caused swallowing problem. When did that begin? I would recommend getting a second opinion, as birth injury is not usually associated with CP. Did they try nasogastric or nasojejeunal tube feeding? Did a GI doc do an esophageal motility and gastric emptying time study? Do you have other organ system problems, like dysautonomia, muscle/joint pain, autoimmune? Possibly mitochondrial
