My knee clicks when i rest for too long if i don't bend it back it gives way when i walk any help?

Need Hands On: Get hands on by a sports medicine specialist or orthopedist. Many clicks are often related to patellofemoral tracking issues but also may be meniscal in origin. Patellofemoral tracking disorder can be treated with physical therapy while meniscal tears usually require surgery.
