Yes: Methimazole is an anti thyroid drug. Flexeril is a medication in a different class prescribed as a muscle relaxant. You are taking the anti thyroid drug to calm down the activity of your thyroid gland. They monitor your TSH, T3, (liothyronine) T4. You are being given the flexeril for other reasons, not your thyroid.
