OT/PT: physical therapy generally takes care of gross motor activities while occupational therapy takes care of fine motor activities swallowing and speech and activities of daily living

OT/PT: Occupational treats the upper extremities (shoulders, neck, elbows, wrists, fingers). Physical therapy treats the lower extremities (hips, knees, ankles)
