Positive to negative: If a woman's pregnancy tests go from positive to negative, and confirmed in this case by having 2 positives and then 3 negatives, it means she was pregnant and then the pregnancy ended. This usually is a very early miscarriage, which is not uncommon in normal women. One can call her Ob-Gyn doctor during regular clinic hours, to see if any follow-up is needed in her particular case.
