When i woke up this morning, i couldn't feel my right hand, or even move, but i put it under warm water and everything turns to be okay, what's wrong ?

Nerve compression?: You're a bit young to have suffered a TIA (mini-stroke) but perhaps you have some risk factors which you didn't mention (illegal drugs?). More likely, you just slept funny and compressed a nerve which took some time to "wake up". However, to be safe, best to go see your family doc (someone who knows you best) for evaluation.
