Usually: this meas INFECTION of the vulva/urethra and this should be cultured and evaluated by your Gynecologist/Family Physician/Professional as son as practicable! In the meantime drink lots of fluids/Cranberry juice if you like it( may have antiseptic qualities) Hope this helps Dr Z
