Dysuria: Burning sensations while urinating is known as "dysuria", and is most often caused by urinary tract infection. However, if infection is ruled out by appropriate lab tests, there are other potential causes. I would recommend that you consult with a local urologist if your primary care doctor does not think you have an infection.
