Check teeth: Check your front teeth for any chips or sharp edges. Most often this is a traumatic fibroma from habitual scraping of the tongue across the sharp edges of the front teeth or nibbling the tip with the front teeth. If none of these, see your Dentist for evaluation and treatment. Good Luck.
