More information: Need more information about your normal periods. If you have been irregular in the past, then this may be another cycle where you did not ovulate and the menses will be "abnormal". If this a regular occurrence, then I would suggest a GYN visit. Am unable to give any advice about the movements or flutters without more information. When, how often, if pain, other symptoms.
