Probably a freckle: Not a wise idea to use sun beds and expose your skin to lots of UV A and Bhgradiation. I believe they say that malignant melanoma is the cancer whose incidence is rising fastest of all cancers in U.S. Don't attend tanning paroles! They are not good for your health!
