I don't have a fever but my body feels hot sometimes on my chest, tingling sensation all over and more in hands and feet. i have a raised pimple like rash on forearm?

Need more info: Rashes and unusual feelings should be monitored closely. Without further history it's hard to determine risks. Have you been outdoors lately? Tick bite? New medications? I would encourage you to get an appointment with a medical professional for a full exam and history. Drink plenty of fluids and rest in the meantime.
