No: A person can blow air onto a woman's vaginal area until he is blue in the face, but the color of the vaginal area will still be normal. Blowing air onto the vaginal area does not cause abnormal discoloration. (Do not blow air "into" a vagina. That is a bad thing to do, because a vagina does not tolerate air being blown "into" it under pressure.)
