lab work all came back normal. what are some causes of becoming lightheaded? it can happen randomly but most often during exercise.

Heart?: I would expect lab to be normal. I would be more concerned about your ekg, listening to your heart and in performing a cardiac echo and event monitor.
Cardiac dysrhythmia of some sort may be your culprit. If not could be dehydration or anxiety.

Vng testing : I would recommend a vng -dizziness battery testing as that can rule out or rule in central versus peripheral etiologies.
