Lab work all came back normal. what are some causes of becoming lightheaded? it can happen randomly but most often during exercise.

Heart?: I would expect lab to be normal. I would be more concerned about your ekg, listening to your heart and in performing a cardiac echo and event monitor. Cardiac dysrhythmia of some sort may be your culprit. If not could be dehydration or anxiety.

Constant lightheadedness, tingling in scalp, neck pain for 5 weeks. Does not go away. Normal labs. Normal ekg. Waiting on cardiologist referral. Doctor will not order imaging of head. Could this be caused by an infected tooth? Other suggestions?
