Not usually: A cuspid can when it is infected. See your dentist and or your physician for treatment. Swelling is never good where ever it is.

Yes: In cases of infected wisdom teeth there can be a region sinus infection in the maxillary sinus that makes up the floor of the orbital cavity where the eye sits. The lower and upper eye lids can become swollen. Severe cases can cause infections that spread to the tissues around the eye. Go to your dentist or the er. Now if you are experiencing this.

Upper yes: An upper wisdom tooth infection can result in eye swelling. Make sure you seek evaluation/recommendations from a board certified oral surgeon.
