Hi i have been having pains in my stomach by the upper right part close the ribs, i don't know what to do and pain increases when i stand?

Pain: lots of reasons for abdominal pain.... Need to get checked out but most common reason for right sided upper pain would be a gall bladder issue, but typically increases in pain with fatty meal. Other common one would be gastritis.
