Normal for you: Most of the time prominent xyphoid process a caritlage at the bottom of the sternum is mistaken for a lump. It could be more prominent for some individuals especially for thin individuals, it is nothing need to be worried about. For some reason it gets bigger and painful have it examined by a professional.
