A member asked:

I have a swollen lymph node under jaw and i get these weird clear bubbles under my tongue after i eat. doctor prescribed keflex. should i be worried?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

May not be node: When one feels a lump in the submaxillary area the question is it related to an enlarged lymph gland or swollen submaxillary salivary gland. Having bubbles under tongue suggests an origin to a partially obstructed submax gland and saliva being regurgitated thru the sub max duct under the tongue. X ray of floor mouth will show if a stone is present in the duct.
