I am an endometreosis patient. is it normal for me to feel knots below my belly button when i'm on my menstrual cycle? the knots are painful to touch

May be implants: If you have had surgery, especially laparoscopic surgery, the painful knots at your belly button when you are on your period may be implants of endometriosis ( endometriomas) and are not normal. Talk to your GYN about this. They may need to be removed. Hope this helps.
