See you doctor: After any surgery, there's always the chance of forming adhesions, which can cause cramping and abdominal pain. Endometriosis, in an of itself, of course, can cause severe pain as well. I would definitely discuss with your doctor. I wasn't sure what you meant by pos.3x liver transplant? You've received 3 liver transplants? Rephrase your question re that if you care to.
