If i'm doing mri abdomen-pelvic for detection of endometriosis, what is the best time of menstrual cycle to perform? can really mri diagnose endometriosis? how far sensitive?

Endometriosis detect: The "gold standard" for detecting Endometriosis is to actually see them via Laparoscopy. Sometimes the lesions are not "powder burn" in typical appearance but "clear" if they do not contain old blood. If they are "clear" the MRI devices can't see them.
