A neurologist: An oligodendroma is a tumor. There are no specialists just for this. You need a neurologist and possibly a neurosurgeon.

Neuro-oncologist: Depending on the grade of the tumor, this will determine the treatment(s) required, ranging from surgery alone to adding chemo and/or radiation. If possible, i would find a neuro-oncologist at the nearest academic medical center.
