Is it normal for bottom wisdom tooth removal holes to close up before my top ones? top holes show no signs of infection etc. but just clear and open.

Normal healing: Depending on the position of the wisdom tooth, size, and amount of exposure prior to extraction, the time it takes the soft tissue around the extraction site to heal and close the hole will vary. If more tooth is exposed prior to removal, it usually takes longer for the tissue to grow and cover the existing hole.
