Nothing: At this point is up to your body and nature! nothing you can do now. If baby is breech might be able to turn it and avoid a section but that would not be you! good luck for a happy healthy baby a normal pregnancy and an easy labor and delivery. Most usually are!

Nothing : Unfortunately your baby and body will determine the likelihood of a csxn. Relax and enjoy labor. The odds are you won't have a csxn.

Not always possible: C-sections are done to protect the baby. If you eat 6 equal meals a day to prevent excessive Insulin levels that increase weight gain of the baby, avoid alcohol, tobacco, sugar, and processed foods and eat lots of vegetables, fruits, and high quality meats, fish, and eggs so that you are not inflammatory and the uterus is strong. Get good sleep and exercise through the day you may avoid a c-sect.
