Yes: Palpitations with exercise are reasonably common but they can also be an indication of underlying cardiac issues. Establish with a health care professional who can provide you with a monitor and thereby characterize the nature of the arrhythmia causing your concern.

Palpitations common: In general. In fact one study demonstrated 15% of cases presenting to PCP's were related to palpitations. For the most part, they are related to benign(not concerning) issues but they can be a sign of concerning underlying cardiac(heart) issues. So without knowing more, it sounds like you should review this with your doctor in person. You may need further testing, monitoring.
