After all tests, shows i have benign palpitations. mainly feel them at rest. but once in a while, i'll feel a couple during exercise. this ok?

Physically OK but...: Palpitations during vigorous exercise can be normal as long as they are not accompanied by Chest pain and as long as they fully resolve as soon as you slow down or stop working out. However, palpitations at rest (after normal cardiac evaluation) may very well be due to underlying stress or anxiety that your subconscious mind may harbor and release when you conscious lets its guard down. Yes: You have been tested, and your palpitations have been determined to be benign. You can relax about them, and no treatment is necessary. We do, however, treat benign arrhythmias if symptom control is necessary to improve quality of life
