Cervical vaccine: I believe you meant HPV vaccine, for any of the types used so far, there is no clear contraindication not to take during pregnancy or not to get pregnant after taking the vaccine! some advocate not to continue the series if pregnancy occurs during the course of vaccination and postpone till after delivery, but still no proven ill effects on fetuses, and all is precautionary, hope that helps
