?: Dostinex (cabergoline) helps reduce elevated prolactin levels, hence facilitating preganancy if infertility is due to elevated prolactin levels. Obviously, there are other variables involved, if you suspect pregnancy, then do a pregnancy test. Typically, prolactin levels are repeated in about 4-6 weeks, after medication is started
