? rhinitis: Usually perfumes irritate the already inflammed nasal mucosa, whether this inflammation is due to alkergy or not, yet to be confirmed by allergy testing after careful history and physical exam, then definitive therapy can be started with or without specific immunotherapy, your best bet is to see a qualified allergist, using only antihistamines might not be helpful in the long term, goodluck
