Can i put a drop of chocolate suryp in my 7month olds formula?

This is America.: We are free to put drops of chocolate syrup into our babies' formula. But, why? There must a good reason. Otherwise, just because we CAN does not mean we SHOULD. That being said, we do sometimes use chocolate syrup (such as ice-cream topping syrup) to hide medications so that kids will take their medications.
